Our development team is made up of a highly motivated team of physicists, engineers and designers whose collaboration is characterized by a mutual interest in beauty, health and customer satisfaction. We attain further know-how through the close cooperation with external consultants from the Technical University of Berlin (Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Heinz Lehr [Microtechnology Department] and Stef Stienstra, MD, PhD [Medical Department]).

Of course we provide our specialists in the areas of electronics, precision mechanics, peltier technology, housing design and cosmetics the most up-to-date working conditions as the basis for developing new products.

We are also continuously working on improving our products in compliance with the high quality standards required of us and with a view to market needs. In order to ensure this, we work with market research tools in a targeted manner and also focus on close collaboration with our customers as they know best what they actually want and need.

In our in-house laboratory we develop permanent make-up products as well as tattoo colors. The lab equipment complies with the newest standards and is upgraded with the most modern of machines on a continuous basis. Thereby we can provide optimal working conditions for our developers that are always a bit ahead of their time and are already thinking today of what is needed tomorrow.

All of the colors created in our lab are tested by an independent institute (Dermatest®) as to their cutaneous tolerance with the help of a subcutaneous test. Immaculate sterility of our sterile products as well as the tolerance of our color products are certified by both DIN EN ISO 9001 and 13485.
