Du bist mittendrin in unserer globalen Artist-Community – und gestaltest aktiv, wie wir zusammenarbeiten und wachsen. Parallel unterstützt du das Produktmanagement, indem du Feedback aus dem Markt und von Artists systematisch sammelst und in Produkt- und Launch-Themen einbringst:
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Artist-Community
- Identifikation neuer Talente und Integration in die Cheyenne-Welt
- Zusammenarbeit bei Kampagnen, Produktlaunches und kreativen Projekten
- Repräsentation der Marke auf internationalen Conventions und Events
- Aufbau langfristiger, echter Partnerschaften mit Artists
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service und Produktmanagement
- Ideen entwickeln, umsetzen und echte Erlebnisse schaffen
- Strukturierte Sammlung von Feedback zu Produkten, Anwendungen und Nutzerbedürfnissen aus dem Artist- und Marktumfeld
- Unterstützung des Produktmanagements durch produktrelevante Insights zu Marktanforderungen, Anwendungserfahrungen und Trends
- Mitwirkung bei Produktlaunches durch Einbindung von Artists, Testings und Feedbackschleifen
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen aus realer Anwendung und Artist-Erfahrung
WER DU BIST
Du musst nicht alles perfekt mitbringen – wichtiger ist deine Einstellung:
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Mensch und gehst offen auf andere zu
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Beziehungen und Vertrauen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und pragmatisch
- Du begeisterst dich für Tattoo-Kultur, Kreativität und Trends
- Du fühlst dich sicher in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Lust zu reisen und Teil internationaler Events zu sein
- Du kannst Beobachtungen und Feedback strukturiert erfassen und verständlich an interne Schnittstellen weitergeben
- Du interessierst dich für Produkte, Marktanforderungen und dafür, wie Nutzerfeedback in Produktverbesserungen einfließen kann
- Erfahrung im Artist- oder Talentmanagement ist ein Plus – aber keine Voraussetzung, wenn du die richtige Energie und Motivation mitbringst. Erste Berührungspunkte mit produktnahen, marktorientierten oder bereichsübergreifenden Aufgaben sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.

At Cheyenne Professional Tattoo Equipment, we’re looking for someone who connects – people, ideas, and cultures. Someone who understands artists, builds relationships naturally, and brings energy into every interaction. At the same time, this role will act as an important interface to Product Management by translating artist feedback, market needs, and product-related insights into structured internal input.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be at the heart of our global artist network – shaping relationships, creating opportunities, and bringing our brand to life in the real world. In addition, you will support Product Management by channeling market feedback and artist insights into product development and launch activities.
- Build and grow our international artist community
- Connect with new talents and bring them into the Cheyenne world
- Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and creative projects
- Represent Cheyenne at conventions and events worldwide
- Create meaningful, long-term partnerships with artists
- Work closely with marketing, social media, customer teams and Product Management
- Turn ideas into experiences – and experiences into impact
- Gather structured feedback from artists and the market on products, applications, and user needs
- Support Product Management with insights on product performance, market trends, and customer expectations
- Contribute to product launches by coordinating artist involvement, testing, and feedback loops
- Help identify product improvement opportunities based on real-world use and artist experience
WHO YOU ARE

- You’re comfortable working in English and German

- You are able to capture feedback and observations in a structured way and share them clearly with internal stakeholders
- You have an interest in products, market needs, and how user insights can support product development
Experience in artist/talent management or the tattoo industry is a plus – but passion, curiosity, and personality matter just as much. First experience in product-related, market-facing, or cross-functional roles is also a plus.
